Equipment: Mitsubishi Electric City Multi VRF systems serving both floors, including PURY-P96TLMU-A and PURY-P120TLMU-A outdoor units and associated indoor equipment and controls.
Diagnostics: Provide an hourly technician rate for up to 40 cumulative labor-hours. Reported fault codes are 4220 and 111; independently diagnose and submit findings and recommended repairs.
Repair pricing: Provide itemized pricing for component replacement, controls/programming, wiring, refrigerant repairs, and final commissioning. Include labor, new compatible parts, installation, disposal, and testing. Repairs require written authorization.
Completion: Restore full heating and cooling operation without active faults. Complete work within 180 calendar days of kickoff and provide a one-year labor and materials warranty.
Qualifications: California C-20 license, DIR registration, and personnel qualified for Mitsubishi City Multi VRF programming and commissioning. Prevailing wages apply.
