What the job is
Equipment: 20 HVAC systems, 9 mini-split systems, and 2 furnaces; one additional location currently has no HVAC installed.
Maintenance: Annual service covering bracing, vents, ducts, motors, switches, filters, controls, operational testing, and safety checks. Please identify pricing assumptions for spring and fall inspections.
Repairs: Routine and emergency repairs, with approval before ordering or installing replacement parts or systems. New installations and repair parts require a one-year warranty.
Emergency response: Acknowledge requests within one business day and provide onsite service within two business days.
Pricing: Provide annual maintenance pricing by location and separate regular and emergency hourly rates, using estimated annual quantities of 5 regular repair hours and 5 emergency repair hours per location. Include labor, materials, equipment, travel, permits, taxes, and disposal.
Service term: Estimated December 1, 2026–November 30, 2029.
Qualifications: Current California C-20 license and DIR registration required; prevailing wages apply for total pricing exceeding $1,000.
Required walkthrough: October 21, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Pacific at 15670 Monterey Road, Morgan Hill, CA 95037. Attendance must be arranged by October 20 at 11:00 a.m. Pacific.
