What the job is
Scope: Remove and dispose of existing vinyl plank flooring and carpet tiles; prepare and level floors; install new flooring in first-floor common areas and offices, plus corridors on floors 2–9 at Sierra Vista and 2–8 at Sutterview.
Materials: Mohawk Dealer Solutions III LVP in Caramel, 6-inch brown cove base, and commercial transition strips.
Schedule: Mandatory site visits are October 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Sierra Vista and 10:45 a.m. at Sutterview. All work must be completed by December 31, 2026.
Qualifications: An active California C-15 flooring license or acceptable Class B license is required.
