Implementation: Update email addresses, authentication, DNS records, certificates, and redirects; test and validate cutovers while maintaining service continuity and preserving SEO.
Handover: Provide documentation, runbooks, training, and at least 120 days of post-transition monitoring and support.
Pricing: Provide fixed pricing by phase: assessment, planning, governance/communications, implementation, and training/support; itemize software and hardware costs separately.
