Schedule: Anticipated start December 1, 2026, for two years, with an optional one-year extension. Project plan and schedule due within 15 business days of onboarding; core procedures and process maps due March 1, 2027.
Delivery: Microsoft Teams availability Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Pacific Time; data access and storage within the continental United States; NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5 moderate security controls.
Pricing: Provide costs by deliverable and hourly rates for additional work, including labor, travel, materials, and insurance.
