Term: January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028.
Schedule and route: Monday–Friday, excluding designated holidays; pick up by 5:30 p.m. PT and deliver by 6:00 p.m. PT to the post office at 300 East Hillcrest, Inglewood, CA 90301.
Volume: Approximately 1–3 trays, boxes, or bags daily; return empty trays to the post office.
Additional handling: Collect postage-due mail for delivery to the office and handle certified mail when requested. Obtain required delivery signatures and maintain a daily signed log of trays delivered.
Resources and security: Provide all labor, vehicles, and equipment; keep mail secure and have drivers carry proof of employment.
Permit and insurance: Valid Motor Carrier Permit required regardless of vehicle weight; $1 million general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation/employer's liability coverage required.
