What the job is
Services: Comprehensive hearing evaluations, including pure-tone and speech audiometry, immittance and OAE testing; medically necessary Stenger or auditory brainstem response testing; hearing aid recommendations, referrals and clinical documentation.
Staffing: California-licensed audiologists with at least 12 continuous months of relevant experience within the past three years, or newly licensed audiologists under qualified senior supervision.
Equipment: Provide all calibrated testing equipment, supplies and staff; include travel, lodging and required training costs in pricing.
Schedule: As-needed clinics of up to nine hours, averaging at least two patients per hour; anticipated start January 1, 2027, for 36 months, with a possible 12-month extension.
Coverage: Identify the regions you can fully serve; coverage of every participating facility within each selected region is required.
Pricing: Provide daily clinic rates for under one hour, one hour, each duration from two through seven hours, and eight to nine hours. Rates must remain fixed through the service term and any extension.
