Accommodation support: Case assessments, interactive process support, written recommendations, complex case consultation and follow-up.
Ergonomics: On-site and remote workstation assessments, written reports, equipment specifications, employee instruction and follow-up evaluations.
Training: Manager and HR training and program consultation on accommodation practices and ergonomics.
Response times: Acknowledge routine requests within one business day and contact the designated representative or employee within two business days.
Pricing: Provide separate hourly rates for accommodation specialists, ergonomic specialists, complex case consultants and training, including overhead and routine travel. Include estimated hours and a three-year total.
