What the job is
- Flooring Area: Approximately 2,510 SF.
- Surface Preparation: Mechanically prepare and degrease the concrete; repair cracks, joints, spalls, holes, and failing areas.
- Flooring System: Install a minimum 1/8-inch pigmented cementitious urethane mortar system with matching pigmented broadcast.
- Topcoat: Apply a UV-stable urethane topcoat with non-skid aggregate.
- Joint and Edge Work: Treat approximately 147 LF of control joints and provide approximately 240 LF of keyed perimeter and termination details.
- Safety Striping: Install approximately 250 LF of 4-inch-wide yellow striping in the apparatus bay and on the exterior concrete apron.
- Schedule: Complete the work within two weeks of commencement, including required cure time.
