What the job is
Size and term: Approximately 4,093 square feet; 36 months, with a proposed start date of December 1, 2026.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, excluding holidays, after closing; finish at least one hour before opening. Designated restricted areas require cleaning twice weekly beginning 30 minutes before closing.
Daily cleaning: Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, common areas, and high-touch surfaces; vacuum and mop floors, empty trash, restock dispensers, and secure the building.
Periodic cleaning: Weekly dusting; floor finishing and buffing every two weeks; quarterly deep cleaning and floor stripping/sealing; semiannual blind and window cleaning; annual hot-water carpet extraction and storage-area floor refinishing.
Supplies and equipment: Cleaning chemicals, restroom consumables, liners, and carts are provided onsite. Supply labor, cleaning tools, PPE, a floor buffer, a high-filtration or HEPA vacuum, and carpet extraction equipment.
Labor pricing: Include minimum combined wages and benefits of $36.68 per hour, with monthly labor hours and separate equipment, supplies, and supervision costs.
