What the job is
Equipment: Systems covering all lanes of one approach at a minimum of five intersections, plus a minimum of six fully automated mobile and/or portable speed units.
Detection and imaging: Red light, right-on-red, and school zone speed capability; non-invasive detection; clear driver and rear plate images at 12 megapixels minimum; 1080p video. Mobile/portable systems must monitor at least three lanes with speed accuracy of ±1 mph.
Durability and operation: 24/7 operation, rated for at least 120°F under direct solar load, with IP66 or NEMA 4X protection.
Included services: Site evaluation, installation, permits, power setup, communications, software, in-house citation processing and mailing, statewide process service, evidence management, system integrations, reporting, training, and maintenance.
Service and security: At least 98% monthly device availability, malfunction response within 24 hours, and restoration efforts within 72 hours. U.S.-based hosting, encryption, multifactor authentication, and secure data transfers required.
Pricing: Itemize per-unit installation/initial costs, monthly fees, citation fees, other charges, site additions/relocations, and additional units. Include separate all-inclusive process service rates for Pima County and other Arizona counties, plus lease options for a one-year term with up to four annual renewals.
