What the job is
Service period: January 1–December 31, 2027.
Mountain Park: Interior pest control monthly March–November; exterior pest and rodent control monthly April–October; quarterly bed bug monitoring. All 25 cabins require two interior multi-catch rodent devices and one exterior rodent station each, plus four additional keyed, weighted exterior bait stations. Include routine consumables.
Fairgrounds pest control: Monthly interior and exterior treatment year-round for four buildings totaling approximately 24,095 sq. ft.
Fairgrounds weed control: One annual pre-emergent and one annual post-emergent application over 111,175 sq. ft. Include spot treatments under six-month pre-emergent and 30-day post-emergent guarantees.
Additional rates: Separately price bed bug treatment and additional follow-up per cabin, replacement glue boards per box of 50, Fairgrounds rodent setup and monthly servicing, and additional weed treatment per 1,000 sq. ft. Specify rodent devices and consumables included.
Pricing: Quote any or all three service groups separately, including labor, materials, equipment, and travel. Include pest-control callbacks through the next monthly service and a 30-day callback period for bed bug treatment.
