Aircraft and coverage: Helicopter or fixed-wing aircraft only; no drones. GPS must document 100% coverage, with electronic coverage files delivered in UTM/NAD83 format compatible with Trimble, ArcInfo, or ArcView.
Seed handling: Seed is supplied, approximately 59,854 lbs. in 1,250-lb. sacks. Include pickup in Ephraim, Utah, transport, protected storage, loading, and return of unused seed and pallets.
Schedule: Begin no later than November 1, 2026, and finish by November 20, 2026. Plan to begin daily seeding by 8:00 a.m.; operations may pause when winds exceed 10 mph.
Experience: Minimum five years of aerial seeding experience.
Pricing: Provide a per-acre rate and total price covering labor, equipment, mobilization, transport, and operating costs, with no fuel surcharges.
