Please quote hauling and disposal of approximately 500 tons of biosolids per month from Airport Water Reclamation Facility, 2800 Melville Road, Prescott, Arizona 86301, to an approved biosolids landfill.

Term: Three years starting January 1, 2027, with no guaranteed minimum volume.
Hauling: Haul loaded containers within 24 hours.
Equipment: Keep at least two containers or trailers on-site at all times, no more than 9 feet high, with leakproof construction, tarps, and compatible unloading systems.
Storage: Provide 48 hours of storage capacity and additional equipment within 24 hours of request.
Pickup hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; Saturday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM.
Permits: Include required permits and certified scale tickets for each load.
