What the job is
Project Area: Approximately 11 acres of developed and undisturbed land, with limited offsite delineation as needed.
Fieldwork: Conduct wetland delineation, soil and vegetation evaluation, hydrologic feature identification, GPS data collection, and georeferenced photography.
Standards: Apply current U.S. Army Corps of Engineers methodology and the Alaska Regional Supplement.
GIS: Provide ESRI-compatible geodatabase files, maps, metadata, and wetland classifications using WGS84 coordinates.
Deliverables: Work plans, field report, draft and final wetland delineation reports, supporting data, maps, photographs, and jurisdictional determination recommendations.
Qualifications: Lead delineator must hold a relevant bachelor's degree and have at least five years of professional wetland delineation experience; qualified GIS personnel are also required.
Schedule: Anticipated performance from September 24, 2026, through approximately March 23, 2027.
Pricing: Firm fixed price must include all labor, equipment, transportation, lodging, and per diem for work in Bethel.
