What the job is
Snow removal: Plowing and sidewalk clearing for 3–8-inch snow events; approximately 20 events annually. Respond within 4 hours and complete within 12 hours, including some weekends. Stack snow in designated areas; relocate piled snow within one day when requested.
Ice control: Approximately 10 sanding events annually, with a 4-hour response. Supply F-chip sand at 0.0003 cubic yards per square yard and document quantities applied.
Seasonal cleanup: One complete end-of-season sand sweeping annually.
Equipment: Minimum 3/4-ton plow vehicle; minimum 3-cubic-yard bucket if using a loader.
Term and pricing: Two years with three optional one-year renewals. Provide separate per-event prices for plowing/sidewalk clearing, sanding, and seasonal sweeping, including all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and restoration of areas disturbed by the work.
