What the job is
Lawn care: Up to 20 cuts annually, including 15 during the growing season; spring/summer service may require 2–3 cuts monthly. Include shrub-bed weed eating, edging, weed removal from paved areas, trimming and spraying around fences, porches, and buildings, blowing clippings, leaf mulching/removal, and trash cleanup. Exclude pine straw replacement and bed spraying.
Shrubs/hedges: Two trims annually, one each in spring and fall, including removal of cuttings.
Retention pond/drain areas: Six monthly services April–September, including cutting, trimming, and spraying whether water is present or not.
Required site visit: October 14, 2026, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., per the revised specifications; attendance and sign-in after the tour are required.
Pricing: Provide an all-inclusive price per lawn cut, shrub trim, and retention-area service. Quote must remain valid through October 31, 2026. Payment is net 30 after completed service.
