What the job is
Size and schedule: Approximately 6,700 square feet, cleaned once weekly, beginning October 2026.
Weekly cleaning: Clean floors, entrance glass, offices, restrooms, kitchen, and conference areas; dust surfaces up to 8 feet; disinfect high-touch surfaces; empty trash, replace liners, and restock restroom supplies.
Periodic services: Strip and wax floors twice yearly; shampoo and clean carpets annually.
Supplies and equipment: Provide all labor, supervision, cleaning supplies, equipment, and liners.
Requirements: No subcontracting; liability insurance required before services begin. Attendance and sign-in at the October 6, 2026, 10:00 AM site visit were mandatory.
Pricing: Please itemize monthly cleaning, twice-yearly floor care, and annual carpet cleaning. Monthly billing is Net 30 in arrears; the agreement has a $25,000 cumulative cap and a maximum five-year term.
