What the job is
Facility: Approximately 5,250 square feet; verify actual cleaning area during the required site visit.
Schedule: Five nights per week, Monday–Friday, after 5:00 p.m. and before midnight, from award through September 30, 2027.
Routine cleaning: Offices, breakroom, conference rooms, restrooms, lobby, corridors, carpets, tile floors, entrances, sidewalks, and parking lot debris removal; include weekly and monthly cleaning tasks.
Quarterly cleaning: Four cleanings covering tile stripping and two coats of finish, restroom tile and grout cleaning and sealing, carpet shampooing or steam cleaning, interior/exterior windows, blinds, vents, light fixtures, baseboards, and paneling.
Supplies: Provide labor, equipment, supervision, and cleaning products meeting EPA Safer Choice fragrance-free requirements. Paper products, hand soap, and liners are supplied onsite; include replenishment.
