What the job is
Preventive maintenance: Inspect HVAC controls and safeties for air handlers, rooftop and split systems, chilled/hot water systems, and VAV/PIU boxes; calibrate sensors, thermostats, safeties, and alarms.
Controls support: Tune DDC control loops, verify controllers and network connections, review alarms and interfaces, back up the system, and document changes.
Remote support and training: Provide consultation, monitoring upon request, troubleshooting, and onsite training in Niagara Workbench, scheduling, graphics, basic DDC programming, and maintenance practices.
Repair materials: Provide a 5% discount from standard pricing for repair materials outside warranty coverage. Enter $0.00 for the separate miscellaneous repairs line.
