What the job is
Platform: Web-based SaaS, not Microsoft-based, compatible with Google platforms; approximately 92 staff positions and 15,000 clients annually, plus contract attorneys.
Case management: Client records, conflict checks, eligibility verification, case and subcase tracking, weighted attorney assignments, court deadlines, secure documents, fee reimbursement records, and case archiving.
Reporting: Custom dashboards, ad hoc reports, automated annual statistics, and PDF/CSV exports.
Integrations and migration: Google Drive, Google Calendar, File and Serve Express integration or document intake, and migration of approximately 20 years of Microsoft Access data.
Security: Role-based access, MFA, audit trails, encryption meeting FIPS 140-3, CJIS/HIPAA compliance, full client data ownership and export, 24/7 hosting, and recovery within 24 hours.
Implementation: Phased rollout, testing, documentation, at least 10 training sessions, and one year of maintenance and support. Complete within six months of agreement execution and by June 30, 2027.
Pricing: Include implementation, migration, integrations, subscriptions, training, and first-year support; separately list ongoing maintenance and hourly rates for changes.
