Security and documentation: Improve roles, permissions, consent-based data sharing, and auditability; provide accessible source code, complete documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.
Support: Provide ongoing administration, troubleshooting, and enhancements, with work anticipated through at least June 2028. Services must be performed in the United States.
Pricing: Include hourly rates by role, estimated effort and total cost, monthly support options, and assumptions. The approximate project budget ceiling is $250,000; include any travel costs in pricing.
