Furniture and electronics: Disassemble and reassemble furniture; disconnect and reconnect appliances and electronics. Identify any excluded items or services.
Insurance: Full-value protection and replacement coverage up to $5,000 per unit, plus $1 million general liability and automobile liability coverage and workers' compensation.
Pricing: Provide per-unit pricing and a fixed, not-to-exceed total. Separately price off-site moves within 25 miles, off-haul services, and heavy junk removal/unit cleanouts.
