Qualifications: DVM from an accredited university, West Virginia veterinary licensure and certification, and at least five years of paid racetrack veterinary experience or part-time equivalent.
Pricing: Include all mileage, travel time, and travel costs in the rates. Service quantities are not guaranteed; schedule to be agreed.
Insurance: General liability and professional liability of $1 million each per occurrence, plus automobile liability of $500,000 per occurrence.
