Staffing categories: Specialized professionals, laboratory/medical personnel, and traveling staff, including nurses and investigators.
Term and volume: January 1, 2027–December 31, 2031; approximately 400–500 full-time personnel requested annually, with no guaranteed volume. Standard assignments are 40 hours per week; schedules vary by role.
Services: Recruitment, screening, background checks, applicable Maine license verification, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and electronic timekeeping. Qualified candidates are generally required within 10 business days.
Pricing: Provide fixed markup percentages for each of the three categories, separately for W-2 employees and 1099 contractors, for the full five-year term.
Employee costs: Include taxes, insurance, payroll, oversight, 13 holidays, 10 PTO days annually, and required overtime costs between 40 and 45 hours in the markup. Health coverage must meet a 60% minimum value; preventive dental coverage must meet 95% and include two cleanings annually.
