Operations: Full staffing, tee times, green fee collection, retail, food and beverage, golf instruction, tournaments, events, and marketing.
Maintenance: Championship-quality course care, landscaping, and facility and equipment repairs; prevailing wages apply to maintenance work.
Term: Anticipated April 1, 2027–March 31, 2037, with up to five additional years.
Pricing: Include management fees, proposed performance incentives, staffing and operating budgets, and a capital reinvestment and revenue growth plan identifying proposed investments and funding.
