What the job is
Timeline: December 2026 through June 30, 2027.
Outreach: Develop a data-based priority building list and outreach plan, with a draft due within one month of starting.
Resource fairs: Host at least four in-person fairs across Washington and monthly virtual fairs, including one recorded training.
Technical assistance: Provide Clean Buildings Performance Standard coaching, ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager benchmarking, portal support, energy management and operations and maintenance plans, compliance submissions, and incentive assistance. Deliver 80% of services to priority building owners.
Reporting: Provide results after each fair and quarterly reports tracking outreach, building services, applications, and assistance hours.
Qualifications: Include at least one CBPS Qualified Person and staff experienced in Tier 2 compliance and building efficiency.
Pricing: Break out costs by deliverable, including staffing, travel, event expenses, and estimated number of buildings served.
