What the job is
Assessment and strategy: Review existing payer and PBM network participation, identify access gaps, and develop a prioritized contracting roadmap with financial modeling and implementation milestones.
Contracting and implementation: Evaluate reimbursement and rate cards, support negotiations, and assist with credentialing, operational readiness, and new payer agreement implementation.
Ongoing support: Provide performance dashboards, growth and accreditation guidance, limited distribution drug and manufacturer access strategies, and 340B optimization.
Term and pricing: March 2027 through February 2030, with fixed pricing. Include a complete service pricing schedule, standard and overtime/weekend/holiday hourly rates, and separately priced optional services.
