Technical scopeEvaluate complex HVAC systems, electrification strategies, energy modeling, and Total Building Performance reports; perform supplemental calculations as needed.
SupportCommunicate review findings, evaluate alternative designs, and provide technical guidance on code compliance within established review deadlines.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a closely related field and five years of related experience, including two years of mechanical plans review, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
