Project support: Prime consultant services, plan review, permitting, construction administration, inspections, and expert witness services as needed.
Qualifications: Licensed and registered to practice engineering in Washington State and Seattle, with current code compliance experience.
Term and pricing: One year with up to four annual renewals; assignments scoped individually with no guaranteed workload. Please provide hourly rates by staff role.
