Assessment: Establish route assessment criteria and develop an ArcGIS risk-benefit model incorporating existing inventories, natural and cultural resource data, and public input.
Deliverables: Assessment criteria spreadsheet, route designation and assessment geodatabase, and reports for every route segment with recommendations, reroutes, and proposed new routes. Include one revision following review.
Schedule: November 30, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
Pricing: Provide an all-inclusive per-mile rate and total for each wildlife area, plus proposed completion dates.
