Underlayment: Provide and install 33,000 square feet of Leggett & Platt Whisper Step acoustical underlayment.
Wall Base: Provide and install 4,440 linear feet of 4-inch Roppe 700 Series wall base.
Transitions: Provide and install 1,260 linear feet of transition material.
Additional Work: Remove and dispose of existing flooring, provide a dumpster, and include 10% attic stock for the flooring.
Staffing: Include a project manager and a FICA- or INSTALL-certified flooring installer.
Pricing: Provide labor rates and material pricing for the base year and four option years.
