What the job is
Line replacement: Remove existing lines and install two new 1.5-inch flexible product lines, one gasoline and one diesel, reusing existing chase pipe and entry boots.
Fittings and valves: Replace steel product line fittings, install ball valves at tank sumps and shear valves at under-dispenser containment sumps, and complete all piping connections.
Testing and restoration: Test both new lines, hydrostatic-test existing sumps, properly dispose of test water, reinstall dispensers, purge lines, and restore service.
Schedule and warranty: Complete by November 9, 2026, at 5:00 PM; work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. Include a minimum one-year workmanship warranty.
Pricing: Include all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, and site cleanup in a fixed-price quote.
