What the job is
Posts: Three posts staffed 24/7; arrivals delivery area, employee parking lot, and shared parking garage patrol staffed 8 hours daily; combined curbside coverage 6 hours daily; Concourse B exit coverage 8 hours daily, extending to the last flight as needed. Coverage includes weekends and holidays.
Additional staffing: Separately staffed worker screening estimated at 50–60 hours weekly, including male and female officers, plus variable construction gate and special-duty coverage.
Personnel: Virginia-licensed unarmed guards with SIDA badges, airport security training, and at least 4 hours of post-specific training. Include uniforms, safety vests, badging, training, and parking costs.
Patrol vehicles: Provide compliant vehicles marked on three sides, including fuel and maintenance. One vehicle may support both parking patrol assignments; radios are provided.
Service term: Three years with two optional one-year extensions; daily activity logs and quarterly training reports required. Services must be performed by your own staff.
Security: $100,000 performance bond or irrevocable bank letter of credit required for the full service term.
Pricing: Provide regular, overtime, holiday, supervisor, and special-duty hourly rates, including operating costs and any annual adjustments.
