MaterialLotto-Pro 5 or equal; non-glossy matte finish, minimum 5 mil tri-extruded polyethylene with strong side seams, tear and puncture resistance, water resistance, and capacity up to 10 lbs.
ClosureMinimum 2" flap with tamper-evident, non-reopening adhesive seal and paper or BOPP release tape. Film must securely accept water-based postage and labels applied by Pitney Bowes equipment.
PrintingOne side in blue Pantone 2738-C, with return address and envelope identifier per artwork; include layout and samples for approval at no additional charge.
Packaging and deliveryLabeled cartons, strapped or wrapped on 40" x 40" four-way pallets; inside delivery Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m., excluding holidays. No overruns accepted.
