STI services: Chlamydia and gonorrhea testing at all sites of exposure; syphilis and HIV testing; treatment for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis, including expedited partner therapy when appropriate.
Referrals and education: HIV treatment, case management, and wraparound support referrals; STI and HIV prevention education during visits.
Cervical cancer screening: Pap tests, HPV tests, and HPV self-collection.
Delivery requirements: Direct service delivery by your organization without subcontracting, following applicable national clinical guidelines; prioritize low-income, uninsured, and Medicaid patients and maximize third-party reimbursements.
Reporting and pricing: Quarterly service counts, results, referrals, and aggregate patient demographics; provide a seven-month itemized quote with unit prices and anticipated patient volumes.
