What the job is
Scope: Building repairs and maintenance, including carpentry, concrete, masonry, roofing, doors/windows, finishes, and minor site work.
Hourly rates: Quote rough carpentry and helper rates based on 1,000 estimated hours each; finish carpentry, concrete laborer, masonry laborer, and roofing laborer rates based on 50 estimated hours each. Hours are not guaranteed.
Pricing: Include supervision, standard tools, equipment, supplies, and debris hauling in hourly rates. Materials are reimbursed at cost; emergency labor is paid at 1.5 times the quoted hourly rate. Applicable prevailing wages apply.
Response: Available 24/7 year-round; routine calls require arrival within two business days. Emergency calls require confirmation within one hour and arrival within two hours.
Qualifications: Virginia Class A or B contractor license; personnel must complete required fingerprint background checks before starting work.
Term: One year, with four optional one-year renewals.
