Furniture: Supply and install three each of desks, chair mats, filing cabinets, whiteboards, and corkboards, plus one conference table and six folding chairs.
Setup: ADA ramp, OSHA steps, full skirting to ground level, single-strap tie-down anchoring, dry-stack blocking and leveling, and accessible electrical stub-outs underneath. Keep axles and tires installed.
Pricing: Include delivery and setup in the monthly rental, along with furniture, HVAC, and personal property fees. Include end-of-rental removal and debris disposal; removal must be completed within 30 days of notification.
