Demolition and repairs: Remove existing medical beds, equipment, and old exterior wrap; patch walls and ceilings.
Flooring and cabinetry: Install commercial LVP flooring; replace cabinetry and countertops, excluding overhead cab cabinets. Include two base cabinets approximately 30 × 24 × 34 inches, three wall cabinets approximately 30 × 12 × 30 inches, a 108-inch laminate countertop, and a reception base cabinet approximately 30 × 24 × 30 inches with a 60-inch laminate countertop.
Interior build-out: Add a bulkhead wall with a door between the cab and front exam room; install two internet-capable TVs and a 1.7-cubic-foot medical refrigerator.
Medical equipment: Supply and install two Clinton powered exam tables, two Welch Allyn kits, two physician stools, and two each of wall-mounted glove holders, paper towel holders, and soap dispensers.
Graphics: Produce and install exterior graphics on all four sides and interior graphics on the driver side, front, and rear using Avery 1105 with overlaminate. Include scaled templates, approval proofs, and installation in a temperature-controlled environment with hardware removed as needed.
Inspections and service: Inspect electrical, lighting, and HVAC systems; inspect and tune up the generator, including oil and filter changes. Repairs are excluded.
Schedule and experience: Complete within 8–10 weeks for delivery by mid-to-late January 2027. Experience refurbishing medical mobile units is required.
