All locations are in Virginia.
Lawn and leaf careMow and trim as needed, clear clippings from all surfaces, and collect and remove fall leaves from lawns, walkways, parking lots, and driveways.
Soil and bedsApply lime, fertilizer, and chemicals as needed; weed beds; trim shrubs; and refresh mulch and gravel as needed.
OvergrowthLimb trees and remove brush and undergrowth around driveways, parking lots, buildings, and embankments; maintain decorative shrubs outside beds.
Term and pricingThree years starting March 1, 2027, with two possible annual renewals. Provide flat, all-inclusive monthly pricing covering all locations. Work must be performed directly without subcontracting.
InsuranceAt least $1 million general liability coverage, statutory workers' compensation, and Horizon Behavioral Health named as additional insured.
