What the job is
Waste services: Pickup, transportation, and disposal or recycling of spent aerosol cans, oily rags, gasoline filters, antifreeze, petroleum/water mixtures, and asphalt/diesel mixtures.
Separator cleaning: Pump and dispose of liquids and sludge from oil/water separators, floor sumps, and grit chambers; estimated quantities are 200 gallons each of liquids and sludge. Confined-space capability required.
Containers: Supply new, labeled 30- and 55-gallon drums appropriate for each waste stream, with lids, ring clamps, and bung plugs as required.
Schedule: One year of as-needed service, with four optional annual renewals. Respond within 10 days of requests; emergency separator service may require a 24-hour response. Normal hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.
Documentation: Provide waste characterization when applicable, shipping/disposal manifests, and supporting records within 30 days of removal, or 60 days for oily rags.
Pricing: Provide all-inclusive unit rates per drum, gallon, container, and electronic manifest, including labor, transportation, equipment, disposal, and applicable prevailing wages. Quantities are estimates; actual usage varies.
