Grounds maintenance: Mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, and debris removal; March–November, with 36 weekly or 18 biweekly visits annually depending on the site.
Landscaping: 14 facilities with 52 weekly visits annually; shrub pruning, bed maintenance, and 2-inch dark double-shredded hardwood mulch applied by April 1. Stormwater pond vegetation clearing twice annually.
Tree services: Certified arborist services for pruning and removal; quote removal and stump removal by trunk diameter, including hauling or chipping debris.
Snow and ice: As-needed clearing of parking lots, travel ways, and pedestrian areas across multiple priority sites. Provide hourly equipment rates including operators and labor; no salt on concrete or brick.
Roadside maintenance: 32 visits annually for mowing, edging, vegetation clearing, litter removal, and street sweeping, including traffic control and permits.
Pricing: Include all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation; provide per-visit and annual landscaping rates and hourly rates for additional services. Initial service term is two years.
