What they need

ScopeProvide all labor and equipment; mow to a 3-inch height, trim, edge, remove trash before mowing, and clean up and dispose of debris afterward.
Roadside areasInclude utility strips, 2 feet beyond sidewalks, and 5 feet from road edges where no sidewalk exists; trim under and 1 foot behind guardrails.
CemeteryTrim around markers, monuments, and fences; clear clippings from markers and replace floral arrangements after trimming.
ScheduleNormally weekly, with frequency subject to change. Complete each site's mowing, trimming, and cleanup within 24 hours. Cemetery service is required Thursday and/or Friday before Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Memorial Day.
Special cleanupBag clippings at the building, police station, and court complexes specified in the site list.
PricingProvide a price per cutting for each site, including disposal. Rates must remain the same when cuts shift from weekly to every two weeks.
