What the job is
Inspection: Access the conduit through existing streetlight manholes and perform a CCTV inspection to identify the location and extent of damage. Include all labor, equipment, and materials.
Deliverables: Provide digital inspection video and a brief written report locating damage relative to the manholes and intersection.
Access and safety: Coordinate manhole access 10 days in advance and signal operations access at least 48 hours in advance. Include applicable traffic control, confined-space certifications, and personnel qualified to work around medium- to high-voltage electrical equipment.
Schedule: Complete within 30 calendar days of authorization to begin; working hours are 9:00 AM–3:00 PM.
Scope limits: Inspection and documentation only; no repair, replacement, excavation, or restoration.
