What they need

ScopeClear stalled, stuck, or abandoned vehicles during winter weather and emergencies by moving them to the nearest designated safe location; accident towing is excluded.
Equipment and estimated hoursCapacity to supply two 25-ton heavy-duty wreckers simultaneously, plus an 8-ton wrecker/rollback. Estimated usage: 200 hours for heavy-duty interstate work, 100 hours for heavy-duty work on primary/secondary roads, and 200 hours for the 8-ton unit. Hours are not guaranteed.
Availability24/7 coverage with continuous operations and 12-hour day/night shifts. Confirm assignments within one hour and begin work within one hour of acceptance. Equipment must remain dedicated until released.
OperatorsAt least two years of heavy-equipment towing experience, current DCJS registration, and completed Traffic Incident Management training.
PricingProvide separate whole-dollar hourly rates for each of the three service categories, including operators, fuel, travel, mobilization, tools, and supplies. The same rate applies to towing and staged waiting, across all shifts.
