What the job is
Scope: Remove and properly dispose of approximately 300 or more existing tiles; furnish and install replacements.
Materials: Armstrong Cirrus Classic Step 15/16" Tegular ceiling tile, Item No. 591, or an approved equal matching type, size, edge detail, acoustics, appearance, and performance. Include two additional boxes of matching tiles.
Field verification: Verify dimensions, actual quantities, existing grid compatibility, and required cuts before ordering.
Work hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM; no weekends. Temporarily remove and reinstall ceiling-mounted fixtures and equipment as needed. Restore all tiles and equipment by 5:00 PM daily, leaving the room fully operational and removing debris.
Quote: Provide a firm lump sum covering all actual quantities, labor, materials, equipment, delivery, disposal, and incidental costs, plus estimated completion time in calendar days.
Optional site visit: October 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the project location.
