Office: Install ceiling drywall in an approximately 12' × 24' area, finish smoothly, and paint white. Install two appropriately sized light fixtures and an approximately 6" × 6" × 12' faux beam.
Closet: Install drywall in an approximately 8' × 4' closet, finish and paint white, and install one light fixture and an attic access panel. Clean mold from the entry door and repaint.
Mold and ventilation: Remediate all mold discovered using proper protocols; diagnose and repair attic ventilation issues contributing to temperature and moisture differences.
Related work: Reorganize electrical wiring and Ethernet cables and remove/reinstall trim as needed. Secure the work area throughout construction and complete work to applicable codes and industry standards.
Pricing and completion: Include all materials, labor, and shipping. Complete work by December 11, 2026.
