AssessmentInspect accessible interiors and HVAC components, investigate moisture sources, and document moisture readings and affected areas.
SamplingDevelop a site-specific sampling plan, collect appropriate samples and reference samples as needed, and use an AIHA EMLAP-accredited laboratory. Include chain-of-custody documentation.
ReportsProvide photographs, sample-location maps, laboratory results, findings, prioritized corrective recommendations, and a remediation cost estimate. Include draft and final reports, with the final in searchable PDF format.
ScheduleComplete within 60 days; draft report due within 10 business days after laboratory results and final report within 10 business days after review comments.
PricingInclude all labor, equipment, sampling, laboratory analysis, travel, and reporting. Assessment and testing only; remediation is excluded.
