What the job is
Service volume: Approximately 610 and 80 inmates, respectively; service at least twice weekly.
Fulfillment: Supply inventory from your offsite warehouse with no shortages or substitutions. Package orders in heat-sealed clear bags, sort by housing unit, and deliver in a company-owned truck. Provide cleared staff for inmate distribution and a backup warehouse in Virginia.
Technology: Integrate existing tablet and telephone ordering systems with Lockdown Resident Banking Software and jail management systems, including real-time balance updates.
Experience: Five years supporting Lockdown and inmate telephone ordering, plus two years integrating jail management systems.
Pricing: Include a sample menu with tax-inclusive prices, all service fees, welfare kit pricing, and the proposed commission percentage on weekly sales. Hold prices fixed for the first year.
Term: One year with up to four annual renewals.
