- QuantitiesQuote 11,500 copies per quarterly issue for 24-, 32-, and 40-page options, and 1,500 copies of the 16-page camp guide, including covers.
- PrintingFull color, finished size 8½ × 11 inches, on 50 lb. white recycled paper with a printed recycling symbol. PDF files supplied.
- BindingTrimmed, folded, and bound with two staples; bundled for bulk mailing.
- Mailing and deliveryPrepare approximately 10,200 quarterly copies for local mailing using supplied carrier routes; postage prepaid separately. Deliver to Merrifield Post Office between 8 a.m. and noon, and remaining copies to Vienna Community Center.
- TurnaroundMaximum five days for blue line proof, printing, and mailing.
- PricingInclude all printing, binding, mailing preparation, and delivery charges. Separately quote 60 lb. recycled paper options and 1,000 additional copies printed later with one week's notice.
